Besim started his career in the construction industry in the mid 90s as a finish carpenter. He quickly advanced in the trade and opened up BNV Construction in 2005 to utilize the skills of his brothers, Naim and Veli.
Dren Idrizi

Vice President
Dren began his career as a construction superintendent in affordable housing, where he built a strong foundation in managing complex projects from the ground up. Over the past 18 years, he has developed deep expertise in mid-rise and high-rise residential construction. Seven years ago, he became a partner with Besim, bringing leadership, hands-on experience, and a commitment to quality that continues to drive the success of every project.
Naim Idrizi

Director of field operations
Naim began his career in the construction industry in the 80s as a carpenter. He worked in the Tri-State area for many years before joining BNV Construction in 2005 with his brothers.
Veli Idrizi

Veli started his career in construction in the early 90s as a carpenter. He also worked in the Tri-State area before becoming 1/3 of BNV Construction in 2005.
